THE POOP

Looks like the USA Women's gymnastics team saw the poop instead of the popsicle last night.

China opened the door with the fall on the beam and our girls followed suit. Then they did it again on the floor exercise.

You could see it in their eyes and body language that they were not happy with a silver.

Funny how things can be so different with a higher medal. It is all about expectations.

Is it easier to set your goals low and then be crazy happy when you reach beyond them?

or

Do you set you goals for the top and be disappointed when you fall even a bit short?

Happier with less or frustrated with more? man hard choice

I apologize if my earlier post was offensive...I thought since your profile states your blog as being controversial..perhaps it would be ok to post a comment that might be also..but I see my comment was removed..so I offer my sincere apologies

I don't mind controversy and probably would have let the comment stick if it was not from an anonymous publisher and you would have said if you truly believed the email or not. I feel that if we get controversial we should at least have names to go with it and a stance taken.

I did read the comment but I do not feel my personal blog should be a portal to pass along information of Obama being connected to the anti-christ as well as some of the other points it made. I won't be voting for Obama but I won't be a party to any hate mongering.

If this was not my personal blog I would have no issue with your comment and I was not offended by it so no appology needed.

I'm sorry but my computer won't seem to let me add comments other than under 'Anonymous"...or perhaps I'm doing it wrong...

the post I gave wasnt to support or not support a candidate at all...it was pointing out one pastor's supposed 'vision' from the Lord about how the Olympics are now and have been in the past..a prelude to big spiritual events... I just found that part fascinating..but wasn't sure if I believed it or not...so I put it out to see other comments on it...but I do apologize for posting here..without any explanation on my reasons...

I really like your site ..I just found it today ..but Im totally new to blogging and posting comments...

Tamara, Putting your name at the bottom works just fine for me. If you aren't signed up with Blogger you can only post as anonymous I think.

Thanks for clarifying and I will look for future comments and I promise they will stay.

I hope for all of our sakes that that pastor is wrong. Even though I do not believe what he said it still frightens me.

I am now sorry I dumped your comment now that I know what was behind it. So feel free to repost it and see if anyone else chimes in

Hi Roger...I am sorry that I missed the comment you deleted. That looks like an interesting cnversation.

Backt o you post today. I am sometimes one of those people that like to aim low and get exctied to get more. But I do feel that in regards to the difference between the men and women gymnastics it is all about the attitude of the coaches.

If you have a coach that pumps you up and is positive then you are usually better mentally either way you roll.

Hey I used Roll and Mental in a sentence. Sorry not as deep as your conversation with tamara. LOL

Look forward to meeting you and the Family Friday!!
