EYE OF THE BEHOLDER

Spring has sprung and that means my wife will be filling the memory cards on her camera at light speed. Thank goodness I don't have to buy film anymore. Here are some of my favorite shots she has taken. I won't need to roll any mental camera for you today so enjoy. If these don't make you want to scream GOD IS GOOD, nothing will.

Actually I'm in a tad bit of trouble over this issue. I had to format and reinstall Windows XP, and all the software they use, not to mention saving and transferring all their pictures from their digital camera back onto their computer. Well, I ran out of time and didn't get the pictures reinstalled. Not only that, but I forgot to put the digital camera software back on the computer. Needless to say, my job as family tech guy is not done. If I don't get the camera software back on there before the wedding, my new family name will be "mud". (grin)

She is a professional right?? If not, she needs to be hired.

Those are beautiful pictures. She is really good at it. I am glad that she has taken it beyond a hobby.

When I was in Hawaii last year, It was beautiful. I couldn't imagine anyone not believing in God when I looked at the beauty around me.

God Is Good!!

oops. roger, I left out the words "with my stepdaughter" after the words "Actually I'm in a tad bit of trouble". I have nothing to do with roger's wife's photos or computer. I was having a very "inner wolf" morning before your post and these beautiful pictures. :)

These are AWESOME and INSPIRING. I've been thinking lately that I'd like to take up photography as a hobby. When I look at shots like these I think perhaps I should knit or something and leave photography up to those who are talented.

Amazing! Does she set all the stuff herself (I know, I'm very technical) or does she ever use the automatic setting?

Roger Garrett said...

I do not think she ever uses the automatic settings any more. Fstop, ISO and shutter speed all set by hand. Only way to get the best shot I think. Thanks for all the comments. I will make sure she reads them

Go to my blog later to see a post inspired by roll mental camera.
