Shelly and I got away this weekend and went to a nice bed and breakfast in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We went over to the Garvan Woodland Garden to get some great pictures. Shelly took a ton of great garden shots but I think this one is amazing. It was taken through the middle of a tower.

Happy Anniversary! I've always wanted to visit Hot Springs. One would think since I'm married to a pilot, we would have hopped over there already. But, no. And, that wife of yours is one talented gal. Amazing photo!

My hubby and I visited here only one day six years ago before deciding to move here permanently three months later!
Named as the No. 1 place in America to retire by geographer Warren Bland , Hot Springs was confirmed as a top retirement destination on a recent Today Show segment by realtor Barbara Corcoran.
I gotta admit, Hot Springs is a pretty cool place to live, even for those of us who aren't yet retired.
